What is Compost Tea?
Compost Tea is a terrific soil amendment that increases soil biology organically. It is created by steeping organic compost in aerated water. Through this process as well as adding food sources and organic fertilizers it produces a compost tea that allows living microbes and beneficial bacteria to be added to the soil which aid in decomposition and nutrient uptake for plants. Because all of the ingredients are completely organic it is safe to use in organic based lawns, house plants, and vegetable gardens.

Our brew is a specially formulated blend of ingredients that is designed to unlock the beneficial nutrients your plants desire. Our recipe is widely based off of the Harvard model which has been wildly successful. Our compost and worm castings are locally sourced from right here in Louisville, KY. Brewed along with the compost and worm castings we include a mixture of organic fertilizers. These include liquid fish emulsions, kelp products as well as liquid humates. When these ingredients are combined together in our special brewer it creates a biological life explosion. The beneficial bacteria and microbe populations, on average, can double every hour! When applied to the soil it unleashes a long lasting punch of nutrients and beneficial bacteria that your plants will love.
How is Branch Manager Brew applied?
Branch Manager Brew can be applied as a broadcast treatment by one of our certified professionals. This option is best for large areas such as lawns, planting beds, or tree rings. It is also available to purchase in 1 gallon and 5 gallon volumes and can be applied by anyone. If interested in purchasing 1 or 5 gallon jugs, please contact us.

We love this product and try to incorporate it into any application where it may be of benefit. One application of Branch Manager Brew is included with all of our 6 visit organic based lawn care packages. It can also be added to any of our deep root fertilization treatments as well. We use it on our plants and feed almost exclusively with it for our bonsai trees at our shop. It is a product we create, love, use and stand by 100%.
